In 2010, Berlin saw the birth of Thomas Henry, founded by Sebastian Brack and Norman Sievert. Unsatisfied with existing mixers, they collaborated with top bartenders, crafting 5 premium mixers – Tonic Water, Spicy Ginger, Ginger Ale, Bitter Lemon & Soda Water. Premiering at Bar Convent Berlin in 2010, their mixers quickly found homes in Berlin bars, marking the start of a global journey. The pair, inspired by the pioneering spirit of their namesake, Thomas Henry, an 18th-century apothecary, and Royal Society member, credited with carbonating water in 1773. This breakthrough not only preserved water but laid the foundation for today's beloved mixers. The founders, embracing this legacy, named their creations after Thomas Henry.
What initiated as a passion-driven Berlin startup has evolved into an integral part of the global bar scene. Since day one, Thomas Henry has been a trendsetting partner for bars worldwide, earning its status as a top producer of premium mixers in Germany.
