Cava de Oro
Cava de Oro is a Tequila of exceptional quality and flavor. It was founded by the Partidas family in El Arenal, Jalisco, where it remains to this day. Whilst the brand is still an underdog, for most of the production remaining in Mexico and only few bottles being available in USA and Canada so far, it is received as one of the outstanding agave spirits by dedicated Tequila enthusiasts worldwide.
Especially the barrel-aged expressions of Cava de Oro are famous for their extra-long maturation in French white oak barrels, instead of typically
American oak (ex-bourbon).
At Cava de Oro they say: “We are dedicated to crafting only the highest quality Tequila available. Sure, it takes a little longer, and we produce a little less, but it will provide you with an unrivaled taste that will defy expectations and reshape the way you think about Tequila. Sip slowly and taste the tradition in every drop.”
Featured product
Cava De Oro Tequilas are artfully crafted from 100% hand harvested blue agave and this savory Anejo is no exception.
Aged for a minimum of two years in French white oak barrels, time lends not only an intense amber-golden tone, but a velvety body and excellent taste. A mixture of toasted aromas and generous notes of honey, nutmeg, black pepper, caramel and roasted oak. These aromatic compounds are very well recreated on the palate, along with the flavors of vanilla, plums and cinnamon that arise during the long finish.
A Tequila to be sipped alone or on the rocks.
