The Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients, foraged from the local area during Spring, that give a seasonal taste to the Original Rock Rose Gin. Reminiscent of a spring day in Caithness, botanicals were used to provide a cool, refreshing taste! Coltsfoot from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, while gorse flowers bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma. Dandelion was also used to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.
