Extra Anejo is the most famous expression of Cava de Oro and successfully competed in various competitions.


This exceptional Tequila matures an extra two years in addition to the typical three year minimum in barrels of french white oak, unfolding into an outstanding aromatic bonanza.


The extra aging imbues Cava de Oro Extra Anejo with dark amber color and a complexity on the nose, including cinnamon, caramel, vanilla and nutmeg. A smooth and rich aroma emerges on the palate, accompanied by a hint of oak,
but then gives way to a delicious range of sweet cinnamon and maple, with a delicately finish lingering. To be sipped neat or on the rocks.

Cava de Oro

Cava de Oro is a Tequila of exceptional quality
and flavor. It was founded by the Partidas family
in El Arenal, Jalisco, where it remains to this day.
Whilst the brand is still an underdog, for most of
the production remaining in Mexico and only few
bottles being available in USA and Canada so far, it
is received as one of the outstanding agave spirits
by dedicated Tequila enthusiasts worldwide.
Especially the barrel-aged expressions of Cava de
Oro are famous for their extra-long maturation
in French white oak barrels, instead of typically
American oak (ex-bourbon).
